Before joining, I knew almost no English! I could only say “hello”, “how are you?” and “thank you”. During my first lessons, I was honestly very lost and nervous because the teacher spoke completely in English.

At the beginning, I understood maybe 10% of what the teacher was saying. I didn’t speak at all during my first few classes. I think it took me about five lessons before I finally answered something in English!

But because the classes are so frequent, I kept listening, joining every lesson and watching the recordings again. Slowly, I started to understand more. Then I started speaking.

After two months, I can now understand around 80% of what the teacher says. I can also have simple conversations in English. My pronunciation is still difficult, and I’m definitely not perfect, but the difference is incredible.

We cannot use our native language in class, so I’m forced to think and produce everything in English. That complete immersion has helped me so much. I can’t wait to see where I’ll be after six months!

I’m very busy. I work and have children, so it’s difficult to find time for English in my life.

It's completely normal if other students are already familiar with the class format. You'll quickly catch up as you participate. All lessons are also recorded, so you can learn at your own pace and watch the recordings of previous lessons too.
Absolutely! Our Beginner level is designed specifically for complete beginners. Many students start knowing only a few words like “hello” or “thank you”. You will not understand everything on your first day, and that is completely normal. By attending lessons regularly, you will gradually understand more, gain confidence and begin speaking naturally.
Before enrolling, take our short placement test . Based on your result, we will recommend the most suitable level. If your chosen level feels too easy or too difficult after joining, you can change levels at any time.
Every lesson lasts 30 minutes. Max introduces new grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation or real-life English, then you practise by speaking, writing in the chat and interacting with your classmates. You also receive optional homework and practical challenges to continue improving between lessons.
No problem. Every live lesson is recorded and uploaded to the platform, so you can watch it whenever it suits you. You can pause, rewind and rewatch lessons as many times as you like, then complete the optional homework afterwards.
After payment, you will receive access to the IC English platform. Log in using the same email address you used to purchase the course, select the course you bought and begin with the Necessary Content module. It explains everything you need to know before your first lesson.
